Hosting Connecticut Going Strong

One year after the official launch of Hosting Connecticut, LLC, the Windsor website development company is going strong. Owners, Paula M. Pierce and Shelley Sullivan are pleased with the progress they've made in just one year, especially in Windsor.

Paula is an active member and frequent volunteer at the Windsor Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Technology Committee. “It’s exciting to be involved with the local business community and to get to know the people in town personally.” We designed many of the new sites in town including Making Faces LLC, St. Jacques Family Enterprises, Spruce Designs, redesigned First Town DownTown and a soon-to-be-released redesign for The Water Closet.

"A lot of people come to us for help because their webmaster doesn’t return their calls or has actually disappeared in some cases! We aren't the kind of company to design a site and forget about the people who gave us the job. After a new site is complete we always make ourselves available to answer questions, advise on new technology, and provide support whenever needed," says Paula.

Hosting Connecticut is best known for providing superior service without a lot of hassle. "We don't confuse our clients with a bunch of technical information on website mechanics, unless it's something they're interested in." says Shelley. "Many business owners don't want to know the behind-the-scenes details, they just want their website to look good and work well, and that's what we provide them."

Hosting Connecticut has also been expanding its skills base. “It’s so important to keep up with the latest technology. We’re always learning new things.” Shelley concentrates on project management while Paula makes sure they’re up to date on new software and programming. The company's two additional Design Specialists continually build on their talents and expand into new areas.

Refinements the company has made throughout the year will allow them to take on larger projects and still ensure that each client gets individual attention. Some new features being considered for the coming year include a support tracking system and html email / newsletter services.

The partners agree, “Our clients are our number one priority. Our goal is to help them succeed online.”
