For one to ones, online introductions and Q&A sessions, I created the Working Wednesdays with Paula every Wednesday at 9 AM Eastern Time. Anyone can drop in.
Sometimes there's no one there. Sometimes one person. Sometimes three or four.
Working Wednesdays allows me to never have to say "no, I don't have time to meet" or even "why should we meet?" Anyone who approaches me or who is introduced, I can invite to the Working Wednesdays, get to know them, and explore if we need to talk more.
