Hosting Connecticut Launches New Website for Connecticut Prevention NetworkDec142015
Hosting Connecticut announces the launch of a new, responsive website for the Connecticut Prevention Network, a statewide non-profit organization, at CTPrevention.org
The Connecticut Prevention Network (CPN) is an association of the state's 13 community partnership Regional Action Councils (RACs) that work to provide your community with education, training, and advocacy for substance abuse prevention and related community concerns such as violence, teen pregnancy, drunk driving, sexually transmitted infections, HIV/AIDS and suicide.
According to Tom Steen, Executive Director of the Capital Area Substance Abuse Council RAC located in Windsor, ?The website was due for an overhaul. We had a content management system but the design was out of date and not easy to navigate.? Hosting Connecticut created a contemporary design that better reflects the professionalism of the organization made it easy to use on mobile devices.
Hosting Connecticut's CEO, Paula Pierce, says, "The new responsive website provides a great user experience and makes it easy for each RAC director to add their own news and events."
Connecticut Prevention Network lists legislation and ways for the public to connect with local political leaders to support their mission. "Teaming up with Hosting Connecticut, with Paula Pierce as our project manager, made the process very easy. Clear communication was the key," said Steen.
