HostingCT worked with Tiffany Gelsomino and staff to get a better sense of their needs and goals for the updated website. After collaborating and collecting the information and “pain points” of their existing digital presence, HCT got to work.

The redesigned website provides an engaging experience for all visitors, making it easier for them to interact, access information, and stay connected.

“With about 20% of the general population having some type of disability that can limit their use of websites, our redesign includes accessibility tools such as font adjustments, contrast settings, cursor highlight bars and many more tools to address different types of disabilities. These enhancements ensure that all users, regardless of ability, can easily navigate and make best use the website,” said HostingCT owner, Paula Pierce.

Some of the other updates include an improved "Directions to the Office" feature, a new "Request Appointment" function, a new "Meet the Staff" page, testimonials linked from Google reviews, social sharing accessibility, and quick access to ‘bill pay.’

Hosting Connecticut also performed SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Google Analytics data analysis and set up an email marketing system for Tolland Imaging. With these tools in place, they ensure that people will find the website more easily in Google, staff can track how the website is performing, and communicate more efficiently with patients.
